1.. An order no[protected] was placed on 15 November 23 on the occasion of Bhai Dooj to send a surprise gift to my brother from a far distance which to be delivered for the same day, unfortunately the items are not delivered till date and refusing for refund.
2. Customer care executive is highly unprofessional while attending the customer
