I purchased 2 DVDs from the MyIndiaShopping online store on 31st May, 2016. I duly received an email from their end confirming the order with an invoice. Since then, whenever I attempted to track my order and figure it's current status, it constantly came up as 'under process'. To this end I wrote to their customer support ID on several occasions, but to date have never received a call or email in response. Since I've already paid for the purchase and also having now read of several similar issues being faced by other customers of MyIndiaShopping I am now seriously concerned that I've been cheated. It is now 8 days since I placed the order so it does seem a bit odd that there is no status update on a fully paid for purchase and no estimated delivery date is being provided to the customer. The items purchased were meant as a gift for a friend and I had not expected this sort of an arbitrary delay and complete lack of any communication apprising me of the status of my order, despite repeated requests by me to their customer support team. Since their website does not provide any contact number for customer support I have had to write on the listed customer support email ID. But that has not helped in any way since they just do not respond.
