I am so disappointed and frustrated. I've been a Myntra customer for 8 years or more. I use it on my account, my siblings account and my friends delivered gifts to my homes too via Myntra and we never faced any issues regarding delivery just over a month ago I ordered some stuff on my pincode and yesterday when I spent hours choosing items for my upcoming birthday and finally decided to place an order, it showed we don't ship to your pincode. I called the customer care executive today and told her about the issue and asked her to check if it's a glitch and if it's not, why did this happen. She didn't help me. Kept saying this pincode is unserviceable matbe in future we will deliver it to your pincode, I requested her to transfer the call to the senior to find out the reason this is happening and how they're delivering it to areas around me, even the senior gave me no reason to why and since when, she kept saying we don't deliver to your pincode and I requested her to please escalate this issue as I've been a loyal customer for years and every other apps in delivering to my pincode, to which she refused to escalate this issue to bring it to notice. I requested twice and she said "No, if Multiple people complain about it that's when I'll escalate this issue" the whole experience has been insulting, exhausting, unhelpful and frustrating.
