Myntra.com — damage caused to leather shoes in using. | |
I have purchase a red tape shoe from myntra.com vide order no.[protected]-5998301, package number:[protected] in the month of april. Hardly i use this shoe for 120-125 days, suddenly left shoe got cracked from toe (It is not actually cracked not just separate from soul). It is not in the form of reparable due to crack. This happen due to poor quality of material which was used in shoe. I want myntra /red tape (Product company) to exchange this product.

I have ordered 2 shoes from Myntra.com last week . Facing issue in brown shoes quality.Leather quality is not up to the mark.After wearing shoes i have realise the sole quality is disgusting. I want my money to get refunded asap. Request the action on this on priority .

I returned a mango white top on 14th September as it was a little big for me. But the amount that I had paid for that top has still not been refunded to my bank account. I would be grateful I you kindly look into it.
