I ordered a mast and harbour teal blue joggers from myntra. I got it delivered on 31st July 2023. When i opened my package the product was completely different. The product was a third quality track pant the brand was local just like what street vendors sell it contains a fake nike logo here and their. Colour of the product was similar slightly light in colour. Size is too small and stitching was horrible, threads coming from every end. Contacted customer care and shared every image they asked for, they arranged pickup, next day delivery person came but refused to take it saying its different product. And when i contacted customer care again they refused to arrange pickup saying package was packed with correct item and passed with quality checks. Order id - 124249387141433085601.
