Myntra.com — Don't trust Myntra

Had requested for return of product on 11th of September and product was picked up by e-kart delivery boy but this was not updated in Myntra app and again on 13th of September there was another delivery boy who came and asked for same product but I had already returned it on 11th itself, I informed him the same but he had mentioned as product quality issue and updated In Myntra app.even after that I didn't even receive my product nor my refund .If I call Myntra customer care everyday they are saying I will receive update by 24-48 hours but it's been 11 days there is no update till now .I want my money back please solve this issue in priority
