I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with Myntra, a company that has managed to ruin what was supposed to be a special occasion for my family. As a common man who finds happiness in few occasions, my daughter's birthday on September 22nd was one such cherished event. We decided to make it memorable by ordering a dress for her from Myntra, a decision we now regret profoundly.
The problems began immediately after the delivery of the dress. Not only was the dress significantly larger than expected, but it also looked nothing like the product displayed on the website. In response, we initiated an exchange request, willingly agreeing to pay an additional amount for the new dress, hoping that our daughter's special day would still be salvaged.
On the 15th of September, E-cart Logistics collected the old dress as part of the exchange process. However, it has now been a frustrating ordeal as we are yet to receive the replacement dress. The Myntra mobile app falsely claims that the new product has been delivered (Product Tracking Number: MYSP[protected]). Numerous attempts to contact Myntra's customer service yielded promises that have remained unfulfilled.
First, on the 19th of September, we were assured that the new dress would be delivered without fail. This promise, too, proved to be empty as there was no delivery or communication from Myntra or E-cart. Subsequently, on the 22nd of September, after yet another long and fruitless call with your customer service, we learned that our order had been locked by Myntra, causing further delay and frustration.
It is both disheartening and infuriating to know that the product we ordered is sitting at the delivery hub, within our reach, yet we are unable to obtain it due to the incompetence of Myntra's technical team and the unresponsiveness of E-cart Logistics. This entire ordeal has left our family deeply disappointed, especially my daughter, who had to celebrate her birthday without the dress she had so eagerly anticipated.
The way Myntra has handled this situation is nothing short of a scam and a betrayal of customer trust. We expected much better from a reputed company like Myntra. It is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and customer service. We had to resort to purchasing another dress from a nearby store at the last minute to salvage the celebration, incurring additional costs and stress.
I implore Myntra to rectify this situation immediately by unlocking our order, ensuring the prompt delivery of the new dress, and compensating us for the immense inconvenience, disappointment, and financial burden we have experienced. This entire experience has left me questioning whether Myntra truly values its customers, and I sincerely hope that the company takes swift and appropriate action to make amends.
