I placed an order for a Tshirt on 23rd of august 2023. The image shown on the Myntra app is of a Tshirt of an off white one. The one that was delivered to me was a darker shade and hence I wanted to return it. I placed my return request on the very same day the product was delivered to me.
When the delivery agent came to pick it upm he rejected it on the claims that the color did not match. He asked me reach out to myntra customer service to solve this out and so I did.
The first time I talked to them via chat support, the agent assured me that it will approved. He canceled my current return request and asked me to place a new request. I followed his instructions.
Another delivery executive came to pick up the product and rejected it again. He shouted at me claiming that I switched the product, even though all the original tags and packaging was untouched.
I talked to the customer service from Myntra AGAIN and they assured me the issue will be resolved in two days (ie, by 1st September). And today morning they rejected the cancel request claiming that it did not pass quality check.
They send the wrong colored Tshirt and expect the customer to keep while showing a different colored product in their app. Not only is this false advertising on their part, but also a gross violation of my consumer rights.
