Dear Sir, Madam,
On 1 Jan 2024, I made an online purchase of puma shoes from your company
and I have received the product with the delay of 2 days and the fake
reason was updated from your delivery agent that non absense of the
customer at home but the thing is that I was there at home. And 2nd thing
the delivery agent do not answer the call at all. If we call the delivery
agent 20 times then 1 call has been answered that too in rude behaviour and
fake statement. Example -we will b there in last 30min, 1 hour or on so n
so time due to that I'm unable to move out of the home. And the same thing
got repeated on every product whether it's related to delivery or return
due to this I have faced a losss and my time even there was a excessive
harassment.
And the same thing got repeated again and again at the time of delivery
and return of product
I have complaint many times regarding this even I had words with the
supervisor and the manager and they informed me that the thing won't get
happen again in the future and we will take action against the delivery
agent and your problem with get resolved on so and so date specific date
but the time of resolution the product get delivered or the product has
been picked up on the same I get an message that your problem has been
resolved
So may I know when I have complaint against the delivery agent and fake
status which has been updated and the resolution you giving to me that your
product has been delivered either we have picked up your other. So both the
things are different. I'm complaining something else and resolution which
I'm getting something else.
Due to over all this i have gone through the loss and my time got wasted
even there was huge harrasment and a mental toucher from Myntra
I have complaint to Myntra 4th of 5time but there was no proper resolution.
Even I'll tweet this and will post into the social media and will complain
into consumer forum

Hope I will get resolution
