Myntra used to be so good earlier, and now it can’t even manage its order deliveries and it randomly cancels our orders after 3-4 days of confirming it, exactly when we are expecting to receive it.
Firstly, I want to present my delayed order complaint. I ordered an Italia Sleek V-Neck Jumpsuit on 27th July 2023 for my friend’s birthday on 5th August 2023. It showed the delivery timeline as 3rd August initially, then it shifted to 4th August, then shifted to “Order Delayed”, and now (dated 7th August), after multiple complaints and communication with their customer support staff, I am not getting satisfactory responses. They can’t track the order. They can’t cancel the order. They are asking me to wait until 9th August to get this issue resolved. Highly disappointed with this. Also, this isn’t the first time in the last 2 months that my order was delayed at the last moment.
Secondly, I want to talk about a Black Puma Trackpant that I ordered from Myntra in the month of May from my uncle’s account. It confirmed our order, and randomly cancelled it saying that “due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel your order”.
It’s time I shift to other platforms or opt for store buying. Highly disappointed with Myntra.
