I ordered vinca blue Dyson Airwrap Multistyler from Myntra, item scheduled to be delivered on 26th July. Prepaid Rs. 41, 664.31
But shockingly on 26th July, instead of Dyson, a blue bird statue was delivered! Inside the box the invoice no. & name on the blue bird statue is different. It was to be sent to Panjim, Goa. Whereas on the outside (brown carton) my name & address is written.
I raised the issue with Myntra. Every-time I called they asked me to call after 48hrs or after 24hrs but nothing fruitful came out! Finally after 8 days they mailed me a halfhearted mail saying they aren’t refunding me any money coz they have dispatched the product from their factory after quality check, etc. They declined all the responsibilities towards their customer!
I have been a very loyal customer to Myntra all these years, no wonder why they escalated me as a privileged customer i.e ICON status in Myntra insider.
I need my refund and a compensation for the mental harassment am going through! A sum of 41, 664.30/- has been scammed from me. Myntra is willing to take no responsibility for their reckless behaviour on delivering me a wrong product!!
