Myntra.com — Myntra stopped delivering to my pincode

Hello, I purchased a dress and a scarf from from Myntra. The dress came on 15th Feb at my pincode 517507. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size but it said that exchange is not possible at my pincode. So I returned it and asked for the refund money in Myntra credits since I was going to purchase from Myntra again. The money was refunded as Myntra credits on 16th Feb. And when I went to buy the dress again on 17th Feb, Myntra kept showing that it is not deliverable at my pincode 517507. I tried different brands, different things. But it's showing not deliverable at 517507 for everything. However the scarf got delivered to this same pin code the next day on 18th Feb. When I tried re-ordering the scarf on 18th, it's showing not deliverable. Now my money is stuck as Myntra credit and I can't order anything for myself. I tried calling their support Centre but I kept getting the bot and couldn't speak to a representative. How do I get my money back now?
