Myntra.com — Need compensation for product not delivered | |||||
I had ordered a footwear from Myntra on 2nd Oct and it was a prepaid order. On tracking my order I could see that it was in my area jurisdiction on 4th oct. But then I never received the product. By 14th I had called their support, sent email to them, tweeted also but the response I would get only after few days. Finally on 21oct I got a message that the product has been returned coz of address issues which I was surprised as I have earlier also placed order on the same address. Now the problem is that support is not ready to help and just saying sorry for inconvenience. And on top of that they are giving me arsenal 400 coupon which I'll be able to use on Rs 1000 shopping. After such a bad experience why Am I obliged to do a shopping with them. I need a monetary compensation from Myntra as the support 1st time was not at all listening and taking taking like wait for 3/4 days, or else we can not do anything else Want to take this with higher authorities Date of order 2nd oct Order no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
