Myntra.com — Non delivery of my products | |||
I ordered 5 sweaters/sweatshirts on 16th Dec 14 at more than 50% discount. As per their standard, they deliver the product on my address within 1 or 2 days. I was expecting delivery of my product but when I check my myntra account my order was showing as in queued, so I call their customer care, on asking him about my order he said sorry we won't be able to deliver your order as 2 out of 5 items in your order are out of stock, so we have to cancel your whole order. I paid the money advance through credit card. My problem is: 1. I spent hours of time to search those 5 items, but ultimately got nothing. 2. Paid money in advance and now have to wait for 3-4 days for refunding of money. Stuck of money for 5-6 days 3. If I again buy those items, I will not get 50% discount. So, I have to pay higher amount for the same products. 4. No, updation from myntra's hand to inform about non delivery due to non availability of product, they informed it only when I called their customer care. I request myntra either to: 1. Deliver all 5 sweaters or 2. Deliver the remaining 3 sweaters which are in stock at discount which I originally got. 3. Refund my money along with loss of discount amount which I would get if my order get delivered. 1 more thing, I always rated myntra as 1 of the best online website.
