On 7th Jan, Sunday, I ordered 2 Fleece Jackets in size S & XS thru Myntra.
For some reason a different product was delivered to me so on10th Jan I raised a return request.
On 11th Jan, Thursday, I got a call from the pick up boy stating that the items did not match the product images, so I calmy explained to him that this is the main reason that I was returning the package to Myntra, as product received did not match product ordered.
On 12th Jan, Friday, a pick up boy picked up the package in the afternoon, So I thought to myself - good seems issue resolved.!
But this was only the start of things yet to unfold in front of me. For the next 2 days I kept getting multiple messages saying that the Pick up FAILED and will be reattempted!! It was so annoying and frustrainting, as on 13th and 14th Jan I chatted with the customer support people asking for them to check why I am getting such messages when package was already picked up - I thought it was that the system was not updated.
Last nite I spoke to the customer complaint center and the one thing that was repeated to me upteem number of times - was that though they understood my situation, but they were unable to help me as the system shows package was not picked up - so they cannot help me. Its just that they were vomiting whatever they were trained to say to customer - thinking that showing they understand - the customer will go soft on them perhaps - !! But surely not me - as after 2 days of chatting with customer support and the numerous message - i was not ready to listen to the empty words., so I asked that I be connected to the manager. After a 2-3 min wait a guy claiming to be her manager came on the line and repeated the same words - I understand but ...blah blah, blah... For a manager firstly he didnt sound like one, infact sounded like a trainee!! and secondly he gave no resolution to my complaints. He gave his name as Shaid.
I have managed to retrieve the camera footage and am sharing a video showing that the courier guy is leaving with the Myntra bag.
I want to know with the proof that the package is picked up I want you to resolve my issue and immediately refund my amount to me without any further delay.
I have not been able to enjoy the Lohri festival and have just been calling and messaging you to help me out.. Not to forget the numerous messages. Had I not retrieved the footage - Myntra would have called me a lair as their system is flawless.
