Myntra.com — Product not delivered and status is not updating

I have ordered a watch and a tshirt for my friend in gurgaon on 21st sep, and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sep and today is 26th sep and it is still not delivered and not even its status is showing. From past two days it is showing delay. Please let the customer know the status. This is not done for the products with higher prices. I need the answer from myntra.
