I had ordered a Khadi product(Packet ID [protected]) from Myntra which was scheduled to deliver on 2nd July. Myntra delivery executive called and asked to collect the product from 3 KM away from our home. When we had refused, he had marked the product delivered. I had not received any product.
I had lodged a complaint. It was closed without resolving the issue. I had again re-issued the complaint again it was closed without resolving my issue.
My question is why myntra do not have OTP enabled for low transaction also.How can delivery executive mark product delivered without delivering it ? There is no proof of delivery.Your delivery executive is lying.I had not received the product yet.Also now your customer care executive is not re issuing my case. Was this information helpful? |
