From past 15 days i am making daily call regarding my cashback that i didn't got in 90 days.. But i am getting the same reply by myntra CE that your ticket is open and will get resolved in next 24 hours..time means a lot to every people.. So i don't think call again and again for same issue is a good thing... Myntra can you please explain the meaning of highly escalated.. I am IT professional according to me highly escalated mail or ticket should be closed in 48 hours. But for u i think it means 15 days and even you people not call or mailing us regarding the complaint id/issue... Complaintid-IN[protected] EscalationComplaintId-IN[protected]..
