Is Myntra's express delivery service a sham? My recent experience screams yes! I ordered two products on April 9, 2024, with the promise of receiving them by April 12, 2024, through their 2-day express delivery service. Guess what? It's April 13, 2024, and my products are nowhere to be seen!
Myntra had the audacity to notify me that my products had reached their delivery hub, named "POLOGROUNDMYNTRAHub_IDR_PGR, " but failed to deliver on time. When I called their customer care on April 12, 2024, at 3:00 PM, begging for an explanation, all I got were empty promises of delivery by the end of the day. Surprise, surprise! It's a new day, and my products are still MIA.
But wait, it gets worse. Myntra has a dirty little secret—they hold orders until they accumulate enough products for a particular location to save on fuel costs. So, even if your order is ready, tough luck if they haven't gathered enough orders for your area.
And here's the kicker—they don't share any delivery agent numbers or warehouse manager numbers! How convenient for them, right? You're left in the dark, unable to connect with anyone to collect your order directly.
Myntra's deceptive tactics are beyond frustrating. They gladly take your money for express delivery but fail to deliver on time, if at all. They charge exorbitant fees and taxes but offer subpar service and zero transparency.
To add insult to injury, when I connected with a Myntra agent on April 13, 2024, they had the audacity to say that a case would be filed and the result would be provided by April 17, 2024! How is a resolution on April 17, 2024, supposed to solve my problem that occurred on April 12, 2024? This is unacceptable!
Myntra, I do promise you this—even if you are the last website available to shop, I will never shop with you again. You are a fraud, and I urge everyone to steer clear of your deceitful practices. It's time we demand better from companies like Myntra and put an end to their deceptive practices once and for all!
