Myntra.com — some item missing from delivery box

I have purchased a pair of shoes brand named is san frissco. As i read it comes with shoehorn, shoe shiner and bags. But when i got the product it is not there only a pair of shoe which was also in bad condition.

My product code is 1469136 and tracking order no. Ml[protected]

Please let me know where is remaining thing? I expect genuine answer otherwise i will file complaint in consumer court in future.
