Myntra.com — After refunding a clothes i didn't get money in my account.

Hi I return the clothes on 6 Nov and 15 November 2015 after that I get a massage from myntra that they refund my money, with customer care also I checked that it must be return in my bank account but still after 10 working days this amount doesn't reflect in my account.
