[Resolved]  Myntra.com — failure of delivery post confirmation

I have been ordering & receiving apparels online for about 6months or more from myntra.com at my current address This time when i ordered, inspite of confirming the transaction, I was refused delivery at the same address as before. Since it is widely advertised that the above mentioned company delivers anywhere in the country, it is but obviously expected that they would live up to commitments. Not only were they unable to fulfill my order, they were extremely rude and misleading. I was promised that I'll receive the goods on the 5th, however they kept delaying it a day at a time. Finally when my patience ran out and I started following up with them, I was told that the courier company does not have service where i live, which of course could not have been true since I've ordered and received multiple goods at the same address. Request you to kindly look into this as it has caused me quite an amount of inconvenience. Look forward to your revert. Thanks and regards Mrs. Anita Satish
