Thank you for your e-mail regarding the refund pertaining to the return of 'G-STAR RAW Grey Tapered Jeans' which has picked up on 13-Jul-2016.
Upon further research and discussion with the Higher Management team, the return for this product has been approved accordingly and the refund will be processed into your Myntra cashback account on or before 17/08/2016.
I aologise for the time it has taken to process the refund for this return.
Once the refund is credited, please follow the below mentioned process to request for the refund of the cashback amount into your bank account which may take upto 3-5 days to reflet in your account.
- Go to Myntra app/website.
- Click/Tap on 'Contact Us'.
- Select "Payment/Refund"
- Select "I want to transfer My Cashback to bank account"
- Click/Tap on "CLICK HERE TO TRANSFER MY CASHBACK" and follow online procedure
Please note that the refund request must be submitted for the complete amount available in the cashback.
