Myntra.com — No refund for unused project n delay in process

I have'not used product for a minute and myntra.com rejecting the product as return item. Is this a way of business?? I am mentioning all details below. I need my money back. My last mail to myntra.com as follows: I have ordered Roadster Men Olive green casual shoes on 4/1/2015. It was delivered to me on 10/1/2015. I was not satisfied with the product. I have submitted request for return product on 13/1/2015. Product was picked up on 16/1/2015. And it is showing status rejected. And today is 31/1/2015. No step has taken regarding this. I want my money back anyhow. Myntra.com have taken more days than it takes. The product was not used by me for sure. Still I didn't get my money back.
