[Resolved] Myntra.com — Ordered sandals with UK size:11, got pair with different sizes 8 and 9 | |||
It was really frustating that we requested "Bata Men Black Sandals" with UK size 11, but got two different sized sandal pair 8 and 9. We requested for return but customer care again and again requesting for images of sandals. We sent them images 3 times, but they are not willing to raise return request. Requesting all MYNTRA users, not to buy anything from them. Was this information helpful? | |||

On calling and emailing to MYNTRA DIDNT work for 7-8 ways.
Finally raised online return request and on frequent followsup they picked up the product.
Customer care is pathetic and only speaks sugar coated useless things to send screen shots again and again.
