[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Pathetic customer services

i have ordered for a product my order details :70180043, i received the product on 3rd january . on the same day the product got delivered to me i made a complaint that there was a strain over the top .. they said u have to send a screen shot, though i have sent the screen shot to them, they were delaying it for no reason ... then i made an online request and the return got approved .. the FE came for the pickup after 4 days and i was not available at my place . so pickup could not happen i thought he will come next day, i received an sms that he will pick the item today but he did not come yet i spoke to them as well .. and i was underimpression may be there is a delay, they will definately come, but today when i spoke to Customer care executive they confirmed that the request got cancelled but i was not informed that return request got cancelled .. nor i have received any sms or email ... i think i m being harrased by Myntra . as the services of myntra is very pathetic ...
