Myntra.com — Product status not updated on time after delivery

I had ordered a bag and i received it in a couple of days as well. But I'm not satisfied with the size and hence have to exchange it for a bigger size which can be done only in their website. This can be done only after the product status has been updated as "delivered" in the website. Its been 3 days since i received the product and till now the status has not been changed.

This is happening for the third time in a row.
