Myntra.com — Refund issues with myntra as they saying product is missing

Hi,

Why I am not getting my refund money, when I returned the product when handed over was in the same condition as I had received it.and courier boy checked and confirmed. This is not my fault if it goes missing after that by courier boy. Therefore, I want my refund money.

Kindly resolve my problem. Otherwise I don't have any option but to go in consumer court.
