Myticketstoindia — Not booked right flight and not refunded the agreed amount

MyTicketsToIndia booked round trip flight ticket to India and on the return ticket, it has booked the flight ticket beyond the actual final destination to give discounted rate which is illegal according to Airlines authorities and because of this illegal transaction, airlines denied to provide accommodation during the delayed flight to next day which made the whole family with 2 kids to be stayed in the airport throughout the night.

MyTicketsToIndia has committed to give refund amount of 324USD after the airlines denied for any refund.

But later MyTicketsToIndia did not keep the commitment and did not refund the accepted amount which is unacceptable.
