Mytrip — Refund not received yet from MyTrip Over a month now

My flight was cancelled by airlines on 29th March 2022 and refund was released by airlines on 31st March 2022. Where airlines has already given the refund amount to MyTrip. But MyTrip is refusing that they haven't received it. I have requested multiple calls from Senior's but no calls received no reply on mails send. They don't just bother and disconnect calls in between. For this they are charging me INR 2500 as Assistance fee where I'm getting 0% assistance. They give wrong mail id.

I'm fed up of chasing for my refund no valuable output from there customer support.
