I had serviced my Maruti Ritz TN 39 AZ 2355 and some service deficiencies (Odometer is showing 1 instead of 0 when the car is started ) were informed to your feed back call team. But no one has called back till date. One Cap is missing in back side luggage space (photo shared). If these issues are not still addressed, will be taken to further level of escalation..

MyTVS Customer Care's response We have picked up the below said vehicle from the customer place and address the complaints as follows,

 While key on, the odometer reading comes in 1 and before that ‘0”.-------We have checked the cluster and found normal working. The customer was not aware of the RPM meter and odometer. We have explained the operating function of the same. The customer was understanding.
 Dickey inside, LH body panel trims cap was missing------ We have checked the dickey inside and remove the mats. The cap was under the dickey mat near rear seat. We have fixed the cap.
 Back Left side Noise while running-----Road tested the vehicle and found that rear shock absorber noise. Need to be replaced the part both sides. The same was informed to the customer and he was approved to replace the part. After replacing the rear shocks and road tested the vehicle and found normal.
We delivered the vehicle to the customer place and the customer was satisfied with our work and gave the Satisfaction score with good rating. Here with enclosed the SN copy for your kind reference.
