Nadakacheri — Complaints towards rejecting the application intentionally

This is to bring to your attention that, I am in need of Family tree and submitted the same via online. However checking the status, it was found that the application was rejected with the reason that the ID proof is not submitted. However in reality it has been submitted as attachment while submitting the application. When visited the Nadakachari at Banashankari where my judristriction falls, i was told that the application will be rejected for the following reasions:-
1. The document should be in Kannada.
2. You shouldn't be submitting the document online and i was told to approach the nearby agencies to fill in the same.

The stated reason is not in line with what the service is intended to and is not adhering to service orientation. Hence thought of bringing to the attention of the official concern to see if I had followed any wrong process.
