This is to bring to your notice that the Begur division, bangalore has rejected my caste certificate. They demand Rs. 3000 minimum unofficially for my caste certificate RD[protected]. I followed the normal govt procedure by submitting all my documents yet my certificate was rejected. This was a solid document to be submitted to claim my reservation in my upsc examination. This was really unfair and an injustice to a person who aspires to be a civil servant. Corrupted bureaucrats have turned out to be the image of the govt... Pure Red Tapism!!!
