Nagar Nigam, Agra — Street dog sterilization

I am writing on behalf of my colony, Sector9 Avas Vikas Colony. There are close to 50 street dogs who are doubling every year. They cause nuisance especially mating period. It is hereby requested to take STERILIZATION DRIVE of the street dogs to prevent explosion of their population.
