Nagar Nigam Dehradun — I want to complain about the garbage collection in jhajra , dehradun

In my area the door to door collection of garbage by the Vans is quite irregular ...they come only twice or once in a week and charge rupees 100 per month this is quite disturbing as the Garbage collects and people are compelled to throw it here and there ...Pls help
