Nagpur improvement trust had leased my land to others!
Actually, it's an ancestral land which was unused by my family in nagpur city limits! Area is 24000 sq ft
We do have all the legal documentation including n. A & 7/12, property card of the said property!
Can someone explain me that how they leased my land to others? What is the procedure to cancel those leases? There are 6 encroachers in my property one amongst these 6 had also done a saledeed to somebody else.. I don't understand how could that saledeed be executed? When that piece of land is leased by nit? Can somebody answer my questions? Was this information helpful? |
