Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Request for Property Tax Bill Corrections

Respected Sir,

I am VINAYAK JANARDAN SHIVANKAR, Owner of House Number 3490 i.e. Plot number 212 & 213 [COMBINED REGISTRY ], the Resident of Shilpa Society Narendranagar Nagpur.

1) Nagpur Muncipal Corporation (NMC) office [property tax section ] divided this property in to 2 [ TWO ] Houses as follows :

[1] House Number 3490, Plot number 212 in the name of Shri Bhimrao wald Laxman Patil, Secretary Shilpa Coop. Society and

[2] House Number 3490, Plot number 213 in the name of Shri Vinayak Janardan Shivankar

This was done without my knowledge . Thus, it is totally wrong and needs IMMEDIATE CORRECTION .

I have been paying paying property tax regularly wef.1988 till 2004, first, for open plots [212 & 213 ], and wef. 2005 till date for the House built on these 2 plots .

Nagpur corporation has itself referred the above property as : House No. 3490 / 212 + 213 = 213 [ Please refer Tax calculation papers & Tax receipts of NMC attached]


2) There is also a mistake being made by the NMC office while writing my SURNAME in ENGLISH on the TAX DEMAND RECEIPTS . So correction should be made in all revelant records with NMC as given beiow :
