Naik Randip Singh Cisf Service — Fraud through UPI on pretext of renting of property

Dear friends, Beware of frauds!!

I had listed my house on Housing.com for rentals. Within hours I got a call from one fraud Aniket Vijay duping as a Sub inspector in CISF and he is being transferred from Ahmedabad to Bangalore and wants to rent a home here in Bangalore.
He agreed to all my terms and conditions and what was suspicious was he is posted in Bangalore International Airport and wants to rent a home in Old airport road which is almost 40 Km from his work place. Another point is that he is okay to all terms and conditions of rent even without even seeing my house.
Later in the evening he calls me and tells me that he is handing over the phone to his senior ( interesting that seniors in CISF are sitting to transfer money to the owners!!!)
This guy another fraud, wants me to transfer 25000 to the guys account since it is a government process ( as if we as citizens of India are fools and were to believe that government gives rental advance to defence personnel)!!! I denied and although he tried to harass me, I told him boldly that I suspect fraud and next person who speaks will be my lawyer- he abruptly cut the phone)

Dear friends, please beware of such frauds who might get into any extent to steal money.

Thank you for the post - your post saved me. Randip Singh tried his luck on me too. The call came immediately after I posted my ad in 99acres. As I could not sell my property after posting the first ad I reposted it after a month. This time he posed as Sourabh Mishra and called me ( the rest of the story remained the same though) - keep trying Randip Singh/Sourabh Mishra

I was cheated by Randip Singh. I transferred 1 lakh to his account. I don't know what to do now.

Can someone share Randip Singh's ID so that I can lodge a complaint against him

Today, i also get a call from Randip Singh, CISF posted at Guwahati Airport and want flat at Ranchi which I have posted in olx. I was saved by this post..Thank you so much

This man Randip Singh, approached me for my flat in Bhubaneswar and agreed for rent, deposit and T&C. He and his partner in crime Niraj Kumar cheated me for 30000. He even submitted false I'd proofs.
I am shocked, after so many complaint and newspaper articles, these buggers are not arrested. They are defaming armed forces.

This post saved me too today, I got call in the name of "bhawani singh chaudhari" and works for CISF, transferred from Hyd to Bangalore. After seeing this post, I told I am with a police officer in Whitefield, Bangalore and ask the caller to talk with him.
The caller used bad words and cut the call. He also deleted his ID cards that he shared with me on whatsapp otherwise I might have posted those here...

Today morning 14/02/2023, i got a whats app call from [protected] in context to the advertisement vide renting my flat. He named himself as Randip singh and expressed his willingness to take my flat on rent. He told me that he has been transferred from Kanpur to Delhi and needs accommodation . with regard to his identity, he sent me aadhar card copy, PAN and Military canteen smart card copy. Again he contacted me after few hours from different mobile number [protected], asking me my bank details so that he can send money to me. This event created doubt in me. I checked website and found similar stories from various twitter friends. The number was forwarded to Cyber crime cell.
