The bill no is KLM 7389 . I took that a/c to my home by my ownvehicle becase they told that it will take 4 days to deliver. And also they told thatthey will come and install that on the next day itself if i take that on the same day. But that doesn't happend. And after two days they cmae and installed it (the inner unit andthe outer unit). But the problem was the remot was not working at that time. I really surprizedthat A well established organization like you are selling third rate prodects like which are available in Jalanthar, Punjab... or Kunnamkulam, kerala... i realy pit you becase of this reson. I got solved the proble on 10 days after i purchased the prodect.I did not get justice from your side. Because i have informed there in several times.. I need a quick respond from your side..
