I purchased plot no. 57, gata 03/03 of 100 square yards from Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, S/O Mr. Girish Chandra Sharma R/O Harduaganj, Tehsil Koil, Aligarh on January 28, 2013 in Rs. 3, 50, 000/- along with a construction contarct in total Rs. 20, 00, 000/- (including plot's cost). But a few months aga, Manoj Sharma passed awaysuddenly and is survived by his wife Mrs. Monika Sharma R/O FLAT no.307 Unique Apartment, Kisanpur Tiraha, Ramghat Road, Aligarh. Now there is a dispute between Manoj's wife and Manoj's father regarding the ownership of property. There are many customers in the same colony who have paid lots of money and have not received any confirmed information regarding our property. Customers have had many meetings with both parties but none of them seem to be interested inn finding any solution. Under construction colony doesn't even have basic infrastructure like road, electricity and security. I deposited Rs.16, 30, 000 in the account no. [protected] of Mr. Ravilesh kumar Sharma in Corporation Bank, Marris Road, Aligarh and have also paid Rs.-3, 10, 000 in cash to him for which I have receipts.He is a contractor who worked for Manoj Sharma.But now he is denying any responsibility. I have paid Rs, 12, 00, 000 through a loan and paying a heavy interest on that . Kindly help me and other customers to get a solution.
