I am shreyas ashok bute, registered my profile on national apprenticeship training scheme (Nats). On 17 april 2018, when i come to know about it. At that time i have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering, pursuing b. E. Mechanical engineering last year. So i did the registration on diploma, but now i have completed my b. E.in july 2018, and i want apply for apprenticeship on b. E. (Graduation). But there no option to change the qualification. So i send query to nats since 29 july 2018. Through e-mails:

Also called them on their inquiry numbers:

But there is no valid response from the nats portal. They are just informing to forward the e-mail to another e-mail
Same happing with the calls, every time they request to send new e-mail and wait for 2 to 4 days, but no action is taken on my query.
Please help me to resolve my query.
I am the fresher graduate student and immediate requirement for apprenticeship.
