narendra singh — Not paying Shop rent last one year and Not vacant my Shop.

Sir, According to above subject I am govt. employee(BSNL) Etawah (u.p.) My native place in ALIGARH (U.P.) At time my father and mother is both expaired before few year.In my residence place road side situated five SHOP for comercial purpose. My shop no .1 shop holder not paying shop rent last few year.(Mother live Time) Now I cantact Mr. Umesh chandra Gupta(Shop No. 1 Shop holder) and writen notic for shop rent and Vacant the shop but no any action. Last 15 year not open the shop and No use for Mr. U.C.Gupta. Only LOCK my shop for creating problem for my mother thus my mother is expaired 2 Nov 2013 then this property transfer my name then I cantact to Mr. Umesh chandra gupta but no responce. kindly take n/a please and gime me sugestion .
