Dear sir,

To book uber, i noticed balance to pay.

Recently not taken your taxi.

Once booked, your cab driver picked up the call and not come.

Waited for 30 min and then cancel the call.

Request you to understand the situation and please correct in the system.

I am a senior citizen, and waiting for more than 30 min for immediate requirement is not correct.

Kindly advise, in future taxi driver accept the call and not turned up what is the procedure to follow.

Please do the needful, need to book taxi for our use.
