National Board Of Examination — Regarding my refund of failed transaction

I'm Ranjitha T bds. I have applied for neet mds 2021 application number : [protected] and roll number: MD005247. When i was doing my fees payment by my debit card the payment got failed and the amount of ₹3, 245 rupees has been debited on 14/11/2020 at 5.01pm by nbeSBIepay, mumbai. So, i done my payment by other debit card and my payment was successful. But the failed transcation amount has not been refunded still date. Even my bank persons have claimed it but they rejected it. Please refer my successful transaction number with my failed transcation number by that you can come to know my failed transcation is not successful.for your reference I have attached my failed transcation message and my successful transaction number. So please go through it and do the needfull.
