I visited with my family to your national handloom – circuit house jodhpur on 28th oct 2019 to purchase some costumes, we ask for the size at the counter mr. Raju singh blindly stated that there is no size, either you buy this only otherwise gets lost. The very rude, arrogant, manner less and most unprofessional. I informed to the senior manager mr. Suresh, but they are also least bothered to handle complain. How can you keep such people when they don’t even have basic mannerism also they don’t know how to speak. Please do take appropriate actions against them.

Updated by rakesh1978 still national handloom is not bothered about their customer satisfaction... worst company i have ever seen...no action on my complain.
