I was traveling from Noida to Mathura to and fro and crossed 2 toll plazas i.e. Zevar toll and Mathura toll. None of them were FastTaG enabled and there was long queue of vehicles. We waited more than 15 mins. On asking staff available on toll, they started shouting and saying abuse words. 1033 customer complaint number is of no use. They are so rude and mannerless. They were also misbehaving over call.
