National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Nabipur bridge light always off during early morning NH 48

I would like draw your attention about the negligence of authority of NH48 at Nabipur Village, Janor cross road, Gujarat. I go daily early in the morning from highway and i have frequently seen that the lights always not in working condition on the bridge, due to lights off there are many chances of accidents, theft and robbery.
