National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll fee deducted from account and still paid cash at counter

I have been asked to pay Cash 70 on my return, at toll plaza Badarpur even though the amount was deducted as whole on one side and on my return within couple of hrs it didn’t reflect. Pls advise refund. Thanks, details below:
