National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Waiting time was more than 10 min and still charged toll fee by ignoring your order

Sir,
At Raikal toll plaza on Bangalore highway, operator make me to wait in queue for more than 10 minutes unnecessary. When I quote NHAI order of 10 sec waiting rule, they simply ignored and behaved very rude. I have proof of video recording also, that I will share to you if required and I will share to ministry also. Plz order to refund toll charges back and take necessary action against these cheaters.
