The worst CUSTOMER care HELPDESK service I have seen in my life. Called for certificate 10-15 times till now but not got any resolution yet. They just disconnect the call in between after saying something or giving half solution. Gave NISM series 8 exam on 13th feb and still waiting for certificate. I guess the Upper Management of NISM is just eating and ### all over NISM. They have not heard a word called Professionalism as the executive talks like I have taken money from them and they are doing me a favour. They are ###.
